Commissioning & Plant Start-up
Motors and drives commissioning (VFD, soft starters), single and multi-motor configurations, Master/Slave setups. PLC/HMI optimization. I/O checks, cold & hot commissioning. Platforms: Siemens S120 / G120 / G130 / G150, Schneider ATV series, ABB ACS series.
SRV — 02
Electrical Supervision & Site Management
On-site electrical supervision during erection and installation phases. Local manpower management, OEM–client interface, NCR and punch list management, schedule coordination. Proven track record with Tier-1 OEMs and EPC contractors across high-complexity sites.
SRV — 03
FAT / SAT & Acceptance Testing
Factory and site acceptance test preparation and execution. Test procedure drafting, witness support, load tests, safety function verification, full documentation. Experienced across crane, conveyor, drive and process plant applications.
SRV — 04
Troubleshooting & Technical Diagnostics
Root cause analysis and rapid field diagnostics on electrical and automation systems. Emergency intervention on production-critical faults. Drives, PLC logic, safety circuits, grounding, EMC, communication protocols (Profibus, CANbus, ProfiNet).
